This lesson plan focuses on improving students' physical fitness through a combination of aerobic exercises, strength training, and skill development activities.
Duration: 45 minutes
WarmUp (10 minutes)
- Light jogging and stretching exercises to prepare muscles for activity.
Main Activities (25 minutes)
Aerobic Exercise: 10 minutes of continuous running or skipping.
Strength Training: Bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, planks) to improve muscular endurance.
Skill Development: Basic sports skills (e.g., dribbling a basketball, passing a soccer ball).
Cool Down (10 minutes)
- Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to relax muscles and prevent injury.
Assess students' performance and improvement based on participation, effort, and skill development during the lesson.
